Are you ready for a breakthrough healing retreat?

When you find in-ner peace, you move the world to peace,” beckons www.retreatfinder.com.  Entering the holiday season, the peace that seems to be a rare commodity to a lot of people today is the exact blessing many are longing for.

Silence is the soul’s oxygen, “the true friend who never betrays,” Confucius wrote.  In silence, you hear God’s voice … your soul guides you … your body communicates with you.

To retreat is to pause and remove oneself from one’s daily environment in order to study or focus on something that will improve one’s self.  While normally taken for reasons related to spirituality, it is common now to retreat to relieve stress, improve health, heal the whole being or change one’s lifestyle for the better.  Corporations and organizations hold retreats to help their board and staff focus on issues such as strategic planning, improved communications, team building, problem solving, leadership, and creative thinking.

Retreats can be done in solitude or as a community.  It can be done in pure silence or full of communication and interaction.  Whether structured or done alone, periodic retreats are necessary to relax our stress-battered mind-heart-body at a deep level.  A time for reflection, when the mind and heart are still and calm, and we can better appreciate issues in life and relate them to our future.  We rejuvenate our spirit and rediscover more important things in life than our daily and material concerns.  We heal.

Rejuvenating A Heart About To Give Up

This wellness retreat I am unveiling is out-of-the-ordinary because the retreat master himself designed the retreat around how he survived a terminal illness.  Dr. Noah McKay, author of Wellness at Warp Speed graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in Massachusetts with a doctorate in Biology and proceeded to a doctorate in Medicine at New York’s Albert Einstein College in 1983.

In September 1989, after being a partner in a chain of medical clinics in Washington State and purchasing 50 percent of Probiologic Inc., a 20-year-old nutraceutical company, he fell ill at 33 with acute congestive heart failure. “Modern cardiology had little to offer for viral cardio with round-the-clock oxygen therapy,” Dr. Noah said.

His search for a cure led him to many unorthodox and alternative healing methods.  “I took exotic herbs, practiced yoga, prayed, meditated, and performed qi gong exercises daily.  Most importantly, I unlocked the mysteries of quantum physics, which gave me hope and offered me the possibility for a definitive cure. The journey was long and intense, but in the end, the combination of the best of conventional and alternative medicine with the formula and theories of quantum science healed my broken heart,” declared Dr. Noah who returned to active practice six months after his illness.

A law passed in 1996 allowing alternative medicine modalities to be covered by medical insurance was like wind beneath the wings of Dr. Noah.  For the first time in the history of the state, conventional doctors were working under one roof with alternative and complementary medicine practitioners.  His company offered a plan for $115/month that provided both conventional and alternative care.  In contrast, competition was offering conventional care for only $400.  Thus, his popularity and that of his clinics was inevitable and soon became the cause for investigations by the Department of Justice due to complaints filed by the competing insurance companies.

Antiaging Power Of Natural Hormones

For 20 years, Dr. Noah taught his patients the values of turning on our bodies’ own healing powers.  “Our bodies’ natural antiaging program — the endocrine system — provides us with the most powerful strategy for leading long, healthy, and productive lives,” he promised.

Since the mid-’90s, Dr. Noah has treated thousands of debilitating conditions with natural testosterone, natural estrogen, and even natural progesterone.  As a pioneer in the field of natural hormone replacement therapy, he has successfully treated over 2,500 men and women suffering from depression, anxiety, PMS, fibroids, acne, low libido, chronic fatigue, premature skin wrinkling, hair loss, poor memory, obesity, and even congestive heart failure.

Another factor, of course, that leads to illness and faster aging is the presence of toxins in our body.  Dr. Noah’s team performs a 16-hour urine challenge test for the most comprehensive and accurate method for assessing the body’s environmental toxic composition.  Many believe that heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are directly related to the high level of heavy metal poisons in the body.  Focus will be on 20 toxins and their removal. These are mercury, lead, cadmium, aluminum, nickel, tin, uranium, cesium, gallium, thorium, thallium, platinum, gadolinium, bismuth, barium, and antimony.

Hospa: Healing With Love

Imagine the hospital of tomorrow in a spa setting.  You see the ocean, the sea, and the sand from your hospital bed in a room that looks more like home. Dr. Noah’s vision is to merge the best of high-tech medicine with the soul of a high-touch healing spa. “The era of nano-second quantum healing is here and Q Health retreats are leading the way to this faster-than-light, life-saving healthcare model,” he enthused.

In fact, he believes so much in his model led by the higher values of love and gratitude that his ultimate dream is to build a Q Global Health Village which would merge in one healing community a hospital-spa for the rich and a charity hospital with the same technology for the poor.  There will be 10 times more hospital beds in the charity section.

The world’s most powerful healing force is love.  Hundreds of double blind studies show love alone can increase a person’s chances for survival by as much as 500 percent.  Nothing in modern medicine including surgery, antibiotics, and drugs has approached that success rate.  Doctors and modern medicine have overlooked this most valuable strategy to reverse the diseases of this century,” he said.

Over the weekend, while enjoying the best coconut, a newly harvested one right by the beach (which I find extra sweet), he told me that a good detox is to drink one coconut a day.  We are so blessed here in the Philippines to have an abundant supply of coconuts, he added.
