A tea-licious way to de-stress

Stress is the headache of our time. We blame everything on it — being over anxious, over fatigued, overweight, and so on.  We also associate stress with work since the latter usually demands a lot of mental energy, clarity, and focus. In fact, in this workaday world, people spend a good part of the day thinking and thinking some more until perhaps, they can think no more.

 This endless surge of mental activity does take its toll. And when it does, people are hard-pressed to find ways to make life a bit more livable. Well, honestly, getting a bit more breathing room can be just as simple as making yourself a soothing cup of tea — make that hot Lipton tea.

Yes, the goodness of tea stays fresh in every cup of hot Lipton tea.
