UERMMMC DECEMBER HOMECOMING

The celebrating classes of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMC) led by the host class Medicine 1976 holds its alumni homecoming on December 19-21, 2001. This was announced by UERMMMC Medical Alumni Association President Dr. Henry A. Yañez and Medicine Class '76 President Dr. Lauro M. Abrahan, Jr.
The other celebrating classes aside from the silver jubilee Class of 1976 are: 1961 (ruby/40 years); 1966 (coral/35 years); 1971 (pearl/30 years); 1981 (china/20 years); 1986 (crystal/15 years); 1991 (tin/10 years); 1996 (wood/5 years) and 2001 (paper).
A tour of the College of Medicine and a grand alumni welcome party at the UERM quadrangle was held on December 19 while the scientific lectures particularly the Potenciano Baccay Memorial Lecture and the alumni business meeting was held on December 20. The class night for Medicine Class 1976 members was held on the same day at the Westin Philippine Plaza.
A medical alumni ball is scheduled today at the Westin Philippine Plaza. The celebration culminates with a family excursion for Class '76 members and their families at the Tagaytay Highlands City on December 22-23.
Medicine Class '76 members are expected to come in full force.
