Philippine Orthopaedic Association inaugurates new office

-
The Philippine Orthopaedic Association (POA), the official association of all Filipino orthopaedic surgeons, recently inaugurated its new office at the 8th floor of Future Point Plaza Condominium along Panay Avenue in Quezon City.

The new office is at Unit 810, and will be occupied by the POA secretariat. Shown cutting the ribbon during the inauguration are (from left) Drs. Mary Anne Lim-Abrahan, Lauro M. Abrahan, Jr., POA president, Gil Fernandez, Philippine Medical Association president, and Alberto Roxas, Philippine College of Surgeons president.

Dr. Abrahan said the new office was acquired by the POA through its own funds. Founded in 1949, the 52-year-old POA has five chapters and eight affiliates with more than 350 recognized fellows nationwide.
