MANILA, Philippines — Japanese electronics company Casio is marking the 40th anniversary of its signature watch line G-Shock, and to celebrate the milestone has collaborated with artists under music label 88rising, including Filipino singer Ylona Garcia.
Other 88rising artists tapped for the partnership with Ylona are Rich Brian, Niki, Warren Hue, Milli, Atarashii Gakko!, Dumbfoundead, Stephanie Poetri, and Spence Lee.
The partnership is historic for yet another reason, it broke the record for the number of 88rising artists featured in any brand campaign.
All these artists feature on a special watch collection in collaboration with 88rising alongside a 40th anniversary lineup of the brand's Clear Remix, Remaster Black, Recrystallizes, Adventurer's Stone, and Flare Red series and the brand's collaboration watch with American artist Eric Haze.
