Maxicare and Local Roam launch prepaid healthcard
MANILA, Philippines - Maxicare, a HMO provider and Local Roam, a cooperative buying websites that offer discounts on services such as travel, wellness and basic lifestyle introduces MyMaxicare Lite Dengue Protect, a prepaid healthcard, which covers confinement care service for confirmed cases of dengue. For an affordable one-time fee of as low as P550, individuals from two to 60 years old can have access to Maxicare accredited hospitals nationwide with coverage of up to a maximum of P80,000. MyMaxicare Lite Dengue Protect is available in two affordable plans: P550 and P1,040 at www.localroam.ph. Local Roam is accessible to BPI Expressonline banking clients where purchases can be debited directly from their account. Non-BPI clients may buy prepaid vouchers and pay for them over-the-counter at any of BPI’s over 800 branches nationwide.
