Alcatel launches two touch-active devices

MANILA, Philippines - Alcatel Onetouch recently launched two devices which offer a touch-active experience — the Blaze 990 and Onetouch 602D.

The Alcatel Blaze 990 runs on Android 2.2 Froyo and is upgradable to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. With five customizable main menu window screens, you can organize your apps and widgets to your liking.

It has a large 3.5-inch full-touch capacitive display for a richer browsing and navigation experience. The phone is equipped with 3G HSDPA connectivity with download speeds of up to 7.2mbps, Bluetooth connectivity for quick file transfers between devices, and GPS functionality to access location based services on your phone. It is both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi-hotspot enabled allowing one to connect to the nearest Wi-Fi network, and it can act as a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to five other devices. The Alcatel Blaze is offered at a promo price of P8,999.

The Alcatel Onetouch 602D keeps you connected with its dual SIM, dual active SIM functionality. Like, tweet, check, update, and share your experiences with your friends with the ready-to-use Facebook and Twitter apps. Snap and save pictures and videos on the Onetouch 602D with its two megapixel camera and its expandable memory card slot.

The Onetouch 602D is available at P2,299.
