For Men

Eros rising

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines -Love. Passion. Beauty. Desire. These are the key concepts of the new men’s fragrance by Versace. The perfection of the male body is fused with the allusion to Greek mythology and classic sculpture that has characterized the Versace world since the beginning: Eros, the god of love, able to make people fall in love with his bow and arrow.

It’s a fragrance that interprets sublime masculinity through a combination of mint leaves, Italian lemon zest and green apple; with intriguing notes like tonka beans, ambroxan (amber), geranium flower and vanilla; and a racy virility symbolized by cedarwood, vetyver and oak moss.

The dominant color of the bottle and packaging is turquoise, a strong and masculine shade, echoing the Mediterranean Sea. The strength of Eros is represented by the image of Medusa, symbol of the Versace maison.

With an ad campaign photographed by Mert & Marcus and starring American model Brian Shimansky, the Eros TV commercial was under the creative direction of Donatella Versace.

“I designed my new fragrance Eros for a man who is both heroic and passionate,” says Donatella Versace. “Like a Greek god, Eros is a scent which depicts and emphasizes power and sensuality.”

Available now in eau de toilette, aftershave lotion, comfort aftershave balm, perfumed deodorant, deodorant stick and invigorating shower gel, Versace Eros is a fragrance for a strong man: passionate, and a master of himself.

Versace is exclusively distributed locally by Prestige Brands Philippines.
