Billy Rock and rolling with Coca-Cola
MANILA, Philippines - Billy Rock — a bar, café, performance space, a gaming and live music venue by Bistro Group Restaurant Concepts — teams up with Coca-Cola in offering different “con-Coke-tions,” innovative beverage concoctions showcasing products such as Coke, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Sarsi, and Minute Maid.
Recently, celebrities from the world of entertainment, fashion and music gathered at Billy Rock to sample the different “con-Coke-tions.”
The menu featured drinks such as Berry Slush, characterized by the fruity indulgence of Monin cherry syrup and Monin raspberry, added with the liberating spirit of Sprite and the cheerful effervescence of Coca-Cola. There is also Granny Smith Apple — which brims with Monin Granny Smith, apple syrup and Coca-Cola. This isn’t just for the old-fashioned. The hint of apple makes the mix a classic.
Making every night flaming red-hot is Spice, a mishmash of Billy Rock’s Pibb Xtra and Monin Caribbean flavored with rum syrup, pineapple juice, and the sparkling goodness of Coca-Cola. Men wanting to exude the barako upshot can take a sip of Brew — a blend of supreme brewed coffee, Coca-Cola, and Sarsi. Couples just wishing to chill out while still imbibing a sense of joie de vivre can try the Cherry Lemonade, an icy fusion of Sprite-Sprite Zero, Minute Maid, lemonade, and Monin cherry syrup. Or they could sample the sweet-sultry Cinnamon Snifter, a mix of Sarsi, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and Monin cinamon syrup.
The Peppermint Brownie infuses the fizzy sweetness of Coca-Cola with chocolate milk, brownie, and Monin peppermint syrup. There is also the chocolaty combo of Monin cherry syrup and chocolate syrup added with Coca-Cola, resulting in Chocolate Cherry. Offering a creamy-sugary treat is Iced Milk, a combination of the smoothness of whole milk, the delectable hint of Monin chocolate syrup, and the bubbly effervescence of Coca-Cola.
These “con-Coke-tions” are available at Billy Rock — open from 11 a.m. to 12 midnight from Sunday to Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. every Friday and Saturday — at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Mandaluyong City.
