Christmas Holiday Jelly
Ingredients:
For the red jelly:
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Strawberry Flavor
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
For the white jelly:
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Lychee Flavor
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 cups water
For the green jelly:
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Pandan Flavor
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups water
Procedure:
1. Prepare the red jelly. Pour water into a saucepot. Add Mr. Hat Gulaman Strawberry Flavor and sugar. Mix well, then switch on stove. Allow to lightly boil. Pour 1 cup red jelly into a round molder. Let cool for about 1 hour. Set aside.
2. Prepare the white jelly. Pour water into a saucepot. Add Mr. Hat Gulaman Lychee Flavor and condensed milk. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until lightly boiling. Allow to cool down a little. Then pour 1 cup of the white jelly mixture over the red, strawberry-flavored jelly. Refrigerate and allow to set for 1 hour.
3. Prepare the green jelly. Pour water into a saucepot. Add Mr. Hat Gulaman Pandan Flavor and sugar. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until lightly boiling. Allow to cool down a little. Then pour 1 cup of the green jelly mixture over the white, lychee-flavored jelly. Refrigerate and allow to set for 1 hour.
4. Unmold and serve.
