The ads identify the moments where layering a more human connection is still and always will be possible: sending a handwritten letter to a guest, finding joy and fulfillment in doing everyday solitary tasks well, guiding a senior's unsteady walk, beaming a warm and welcoming smile from afar, bringing a moment of delightful wonder to a child and keeping the old-world air of genteel hostelry even while a momentous modern age steps in.
Through this all, Herald Suites continues to make the conscious effort to hold its ground. Its ways of doing things will always be remembered and noted by guests who will continue to make it the hotel of their choice.
