The lucky ticket holders also indulged in authentic Korean cuisine at Solaire’s Korean restaurant Kiwa with some popular Korean dishes like Kimchi Jjigae (stew made with pickled, spiced vegetables), Chadol Doenjang (stew made with fermented soybean paste and beef brisket), Kimchi Rice and Bulgogi Rice. They enjoyed up to 40 percent discount and a free refreshing lychee mocktail for orders worth more than P500.

As if that were not enough to get a taste of genuine Korean food, Solaire’s Fresh International Buffet, which offers Asian and continental cuisines, prepared a special Korean buffet dinner menu.

Some of the delectable dishes that were served are Spicy Stir-Fried Fish Cakes (sweet, spicy and salty side dish made in tasty sauce), Kimchi Pancake (made mainly with Korean staple kimchi and flour batter), Korean-Style Barbecue Pork Ribs (grilled marinated pork ribs in unique Korean soy sauce), Bulgogi Kimbap (Korean rice rolls filled with marinated beef and vegetables) and Banquet Noodles (light noodle soup made with anchovy broth that is prepared for celebratory occasions like weddings and birthdays in Korean culture).
