Indian guest chef Arvind Sigh designed four cycles of recipes featuring dishes like seafood rassa, curried coconut seafood soup; dal ka shorba, a flavorful soup of turmeric, yellow lentil, asafoetida, tamarind paste, mustard seeds, onions, garlic and curry powder; hara bhara kabab, a popular vegetable kabab made of spinach, peas, and potatoes; paneer tikka, spiced marinated grilled cottage cheese cubes with bell peppers and onions; chicken tikka masala, boneless chicken cubes marinated in yogurt, ground cumin, lemon juice, cinnamon and pepper; seafood biryani, seafood rice strongly spiced with saffron, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamoms, peppercorns, green chili paste, etc.; goan fish curry, deboned white meat fish with masala sauce; paneer makhanwala, cottage cheese cubes in buttery, creamy and tangy sweet sauce. Buffet price is at P1,226 for lunch and P1,557 net for dinner.
