Bistro Charlemagne opens in Nuvali
MANILA, Philippines - Bistro Charlemagne is the newest creation by Little Asia. The restaurant offers a fusion of European and Asian delights. Dishes on the menu include traditional ones and all-time favorites from Little Asia.
Owner Charlemagne Lim worked with a celebrity chef for almost a year to develop and refine the menu. The duo also introduced dishes with traditional flavors and others with a refreshing twist.
The interiors are both comfortable and elegant, perfect for all occasions, from meet-ups of friends and office workers to family gatherings or private functions. The menu offerings were created at very affordable prices — to please both the palate and the pocket. Portion sizes are guaranteed to impress and the range of dishes available means there is something for everyone.
As a third-generation restaurateur, it has been a lifelong ambition of Charlemagne to be in the business. He launches yet another concept from the success of the Little Asia brand to the premier shopping and leisure destination of the south, Solenad 3 in Nuvali.
In fact, on Sept. 14, Bistro Charlemagne was the caterer for the Ariana Grande concert — for backstage crew as well as for Grande herself. Little Asia has always been the catering choice of international artists performing in Manila.
