Highlands Corned Beef made with Angus beef

MANILA, Philippines - Foodsphere Inc. recently introduced Highlands Corned Beef-Gold for picky consumers. “It is the only brand on the market made with Angus beef,” says Jonathan Bendicion, AVP for marketing of Foodsphere. Angus beef is known for its good marbling, or the amount of fat distributed within a muscle.  Highlands Corned Beef-Gold is made with meat certified as Angus Beef by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the agency in charge of grading livestock in the US. Highlands Corned Beef-Gold is available in a 320g easy-open can for P150 at leading supermarkets.
