Diamond Hotel shines at Philippine CulInary Cup 2015
MANILA, Philippines - The culinary team of Diamond Hotel Philippines was awarded three silver and four bronze medals in the recent Philippine Culinary Cup 2015. The winners are chefs Mon Quilon, silver for US Beef; Allan Reta, bronze for Poultry; Villafando Pascual, bronze for Plated dessert; Honey Ecraela, silver for Quick Fire Salad; Willson Tumanon, bronze for Lamb. The Dream Team Challenge bronze medalists are chefs Mel Taylo, Michelle Ang, Allan Reta and Mark Matias and the Filipino Cuisine Challenge silver medalists are chefs Dennis Mora, Art Tawatao and Willson Tumanon.
