Bulalo ramen at Aozora

The signature dish at Aozora (Blue Sky) Japanese Restaurant + Bistro is Aozora Ramen (P295), enriched with Tagaytay’s favorite bulalo to give a Japanese favorite a delicious Pinoy twist. Aozora’s food is cooked in authentic Japanese style by Japanese chef Seiji Kamura. Kamura prepares all the sushi, maki and sashimi himself, like the bestselling Dragon maki, sushi rice wrapped around ebi shrimp and topped with roe, panko breadcrumbs and nori.
