The ingredients of the halo-halo include minatamis na saging, minatamis na camote, crunchy pinipig, macapuno, monggo beans, langka, nata de coco, kidney beans and gulaman topped with ube, leche flan and ice cream. Add the creaminess of fresh milk. Also try the mais con yelo, fresh fruit shakes and fresh fruit platter.

Free buffet for graduates at Cabalen
