Crispy crablets and prawn & artichoke dip at Fish & Co
Fish & Co launches its “Fresh Catch,” which includes seven new dishes. There is the Crispy Crablets, which are deep-fried until crispy and golden brown and served with the signature vinegar sauce. The Prawn & Artichoke Dip is a flour tortilla served with the baked prawns and artichoke hearts, cream and cheese dip. Exploding Crackers are crispy prawn crackers and fried calamari topped with cheese sauce, pico de gallo and jalapenos. The Bonito Fries are potato wedges sprinkled with furikake, nori sheets and katsuobushi, served with homemade spicy tobiko mayo. A popular appetizer is the Wagyu Burger Sliders mixed with honey mustard barbecue sauce and cheese slices and sandwiched into mini burger buns. The Sea Buffalo are chicken breasts with spicy buffalo sauce and served with blue cheese dip. There is the Imperial Fish stuffing made with mussels, crabmeat and salmon. Edamame gyoza at SumoSam
SumoSam launches a new menu. There is the bestselling tempura in new tendon offerings: crisp and golden tempura on a bed of rice with the Classic Tendon, Regular Tendon and Ebi Kakiage Tendon. Also try the soft-shell crab in the Soft Shell Tendon. The Rock Shrimp Tempura adds some extra crunch with bite-sized pieces in sweet and spicy variants.
