MANILA, Philippines - Italianni’s offers its “Tastes of Italy.” There is Osso Bucco di Fattoria, veal shanks braised in vegetables and wine and served on a bed of polenta. The Agnello Brasato are lamb shanks cooked with vegetables, red wine and seasonings. The Pancetta Croccante e Vongole are crispy fried pork ribs and Manila clams served with Arancini (or Italian rice croquettes). The Parmesan & Garlic Crusted Atlantic Cod is a light but filling fish dish seared with lemon potatoes and littleneck clam sauce. For the pan-seared peppered fish, Italianni’s has opted for the popular tilapia and melded it with mixed fresh almond-infused pappardelle, artichoke, sundried tomatoes and olives.
