Valrhona chocolates are available at Kitchen Elf baking and confectionery supplies, located at Vista Malls’ Evia Lifestyle Center along Daanghari, Las Piñas.
Other available items include Guittard chocolate chips and couverture, Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa, gold leaf as well as vanilla beans, extracts, paste and pure vanilla extract powder.

Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients:
125g Valrhona chocolate 66 percent cacao
130g butter?
120g whole eggs
100g sugar
70g flour?
6-8 chocolate inserts
Procedure:
Melt the chocolate and butter at 45°C. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar, taking care not to over-beat. At 45°C, fold the chocolate and butter into the beaten eggs and then add the sifted flour.?Line some 5cm diameter rings 4.5cm high with baking parchment.
Pipe 40g of batter into each, add a chocolate insert and then add another 20g batter. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.
