The paella you should never miss in BGC
MANILA, Philippines – Given the swarm of people flocking on the urbane Bonifacio Global City these days, finding the perfect restaurant to cap off your exasperating day is rather a hassle.
Admit it or not, after a long wearing day at work, all you want to do is eat in a restaurant where you can gobble a delicious meal without being disturbed by the cluttered atmosphere of the metro.
You can drop your worries now, because Beso Cucina Vinoteka just made things easy for you. Give yourself a relaxing treat by wining and dining over an appetizing Spanish cuisine set within a modern Spanish-inspired atmosphere.
Get started by ordering their La Vida Sangria to set your appetite for a one-of-a-kind gastronomic adventure. The restaurant is sure to give you an excellent selection of alcoholic drinks and premium wines (Montrouge) because they are in partnership with some of the biggest bars in the City - Draft, Imperial Ice Bar and Distillery. You can enjoy unlimited Sangria during their happy hour (5 p.m.-8 p.m.) for only P500+/head.
While you enjoy the ambient music and sit on the relaxing woven chair, prepare to be transported to Spain by indulging yourself on the restaurant’s hero dish, the paella. The executive chef, Chef Carlo Miguel says that the restaurant’s paella is an heirloom recipe, which their family cooks almost every weekend.
The paella is very flavorful and moist, almost similar to a risotto. The restaurant serves three kinds – Beso Paella, All Meat Paella and Black Paella. The beso paella is packed with clams, squid, prawns, and mussels that complement the citrus taste. The all meat paella on the other hand is served with generous pieces of chorizo, meat and crispy bacon topped with a fried egg. One serving of each paella is already good for two to three persons making it a perfect dish to enjoy with your friends or family.
