What’s on the Menu?: A grand finale of memories at Mandarin’s Tin Hau
MANILA, Philippines - Mandarin Oriental, Manila offers its “MeMOries: Best of The Best in Tin Hau,†marking the restaurant’s grand finale. The promo starts on July 2 and will run for two weeks. During the two-week promotion, Tin Hau will serve all-time favorites such as crisp fried shrimp with mayonnaise and cornflakes, steamed live garoupa with superior soy sauce, pan-seared beef with black pepper honey sauce, Peking duck, and wok-fried fragrant rice with salmon and XO sauce. In addition, two set menus will be offered, starting at P1,180 per person. Renowned Feng Shui Master Joseph Chau, who led Tin Hau through 13 years of Chinese New Years and Mid-Autumn celebrations, will also return to Tin Hau for a last tête a tête with guests.
Tin Hau is open from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.

Buy one, take one dim sum platter at Super Bowl Of China
Super Bowl of China offers its “Buy one, Take one†dim sum combination platter for only P290. Promo is ongoing until Aug. 19. The platters include three pieces pork siomai, two pieces hakao, three pieces deep-fried wonton, one BBQ pork siopao and two pieces vegetarian spring rolls.

Weekend buffets at Casa Roces
Casa Roces offers its “Tercero Aniversario,†a Sunday lunch anniversary buffet for P795 per head or P2,790 for groups of four. The promo is ongoing until July 13. Appetizers include kinilaw na talaba with kesong puti, pili nuts and crunchy chicharones con tinapa mousse. Savor soup of suam na mais with sili and clams and main dishes like cochinillo or lechon kawali, kare-kare risotto, vegetable mélange and bagoong with kangkong, classic chicken and pork adobo and fried tilapia with coconut emulsion, among others.
