Easy, healthy breads at Kitchen Elf

MANILA, Philippines - For this season of fasting, learn to prepare healthy breads the easy way. Belgium-based Puratos, one of the world’s largest producers of bakery, patisserie and chocolate products, will hold a baking demo at Kitchen Elf on Saturday, March 15 from 4 to 6 p.m., on how to use its line of easy-to-prepare mixes for breads such as rye, ciabatta and baguette.
