Dishes offered during lunch and dinner include Jasmine’s signature X.O. crab with vermicelli in a clay pot, Singapore-style stir-fried crab in hot and sour sauce, Harbour-style deep-fried crab, crab in black pepper sauce, and fried crab in curry sauce, to name a few.
Prepared by Jasmine’s expert chef Wong Kam On, these crab dishes are best paired with our featured blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Enjoy a complimentary glass for every a la carte crab dish ordered, or a complimentary bottle for every three crab dishes ordered.
