Gluten-free meals at Chateau 1771

MANILA, Philippines - Chateau 1771 is one of the few restaurants that offer gluten-free food or anything flourless. Seafood like steamed trout and olive oil-poached halibut with vegetable sides remain fresh and tasty through a preparation that seals its natural flavors. Carb options such as risotto and marble potatoes are also certified gluten-free.

The menu also features naturally raised, free-range chicken. This means the chicken can roam freely for food and enjoy the sunlight. It is also fed with herbs and grass mixed with lactobacillus for maximum health benefits. Chateau 1771 only uses chicken from suppliers who don’t use fertilizers or feeds. Lemon Chicken is a certified Chateau favorite and one can opt to order this with organic brown rice with its equally mouthwatering crisp and filling serving. Those who opt for entrees free of cream or cheese, Chicken Rollatini and Chicken Fricassee-Style are must-orders, too.

Freshly cooked and al dente pasta choices like pasta chorizo and gambasetti can be ordered with whole-wheat pasta. For a festive and healthy pasta treat, Parmiggiano ravioli is a colorful combination of oven-roasted tomatoes, grilled broccoli cauliflower and asparagus, which never lacks in zeal and flavor.

For grilled items, Chateau 1771 presents chunky tenderloin available in different sizes without the fat. Hot, flavorful and naturally cooked, the drippings can serve as a satisfying, natural sauce, so one can just forget about the cream.  Aside from this, a fresh range of seafood items is just as irresistible, such as the fresh local fish of the day, Norwegian Salmon, Ocean Trout and King Prawns.
