Ecolab keeps everything spic-and-span at ‘Chefs on Parade’
MANILA, Philippines -Ecolab, was tapped by the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP) as the official sanitation partner of “Chefs on Parade 2013,†the longest-running culinary competition in Asia that gathered thousands of culinary professionals and students from the region for four days of kitchen battle, cooking demonstrations and workshops. Ecolab, an allied member of HRAP, has been a staunch supporter of this much-awaited culinary event since 2011.
“Chefs On Parade†was an opportunity for Ecolab to showcase its top of class sanitation solutions, deploying cleaning ambassadors to take on the crucial task of keeping the stadium spic-and-span, a top requisite in any cooking competition.
As an added measure, Ecolab’s marketing associate, Mark Aguirre took the helm in orienting cleaners on the proper way of cleaning up and sanitizing the competition area using the Oasis Compac 22 Multi-Quat Sanitizer and saw to it that all hand sanitizer stations (with Endure 300 and EcoCare 360 540-ml) were effectively used. Aside from cleanliness, Mark also ensured the area was neat and in order.
