All skewed up at Rockskew Grille

My idea of comfort on a cold, rainy evening is this: tender chunks of beef tenderloin grilled to perfection and skewered with a bountiful assortment of chargrilled vegetables. This, with some cold creamy garlic dip and a lot of hot sauce, plus pita bread to go with it, would make a very filling and fulfilling meal. At a cozy little restaurant called Rockskew Grille, that’s what it’s all about: comfort food in skewers and a lot of ways to enjoy it.

Rockskew boasts deliciously and tenderly grilled fare that becomes every bit addictive. Aside from Rockskew Grille’s legendary beef tender kabab, the restaurant also makes an equally delightful chicken kabab. You can choose to enjoy these with any side of your choice: plain rice, arroz rice, chelo rice, pita bread, grilled sweet potato, mashed-up potato, grilled potato, grilled button mushrooms, eggplant ensalada, ensaladang mangga, atsara, and even hummus with pita bread.

For a creamy, cool dessert, try Rockskew’s strawberry macapuno ice. It’s wonderfully shaved ice topped with heaping scoops of strawberry ice cream and dollops of sweet macapuno, and drizzled generously with strawberry syrup. You can also try Rockskew’s other sinful dessert creations like vanilla choc nut ice, ube pastillas ice, and saba con hielo.
