The spaghetti experience at Greenwich
MANILA, Philippines - At the Megatrade Conference Center in SM Megamall, people gathered to get to know the three celebrity endorsers of Greenwich. The event ventured into what the girls were willing to do in their careers.
Event hosts Chico Garcia and Gino Quillamor welcomed the audience and introduced the endorsers.
The program had a series of challenges the three endorsers had to undergo in order to exhibit how much “more” they could do on top of all the talents they already have.
For Solenn Heussaff, being a painter, model, professional makeup artist, fashion designer and singer are not enough. Greenwich put her to the test to see if she could deliver a runway walk like never before. She positioned herself behind the stage to prepare for a grand entrance and gave the fiercest walk with as much energy as she could. The other challenge she faced was to change a volunteer’s day makeup into night makeup in three minutes, and much to everyone’s amusement, Solenn accomplished the task with flying colors with time to spare.
Kelly Misa did some of her most yoga-like poses. She also played a good old game of Taboo with Solenn and Anne, who had to guess words. This was to test her mastery of the English language, and again, she exceeded expectations.
Anne Curtis took on a few challenges of her own. The actress, singer, model, and television personality currently has a lot going for her, but Greenwich had yet to see if she was ready for the challenges. Anne’s first challenge was to sing Adele favorite Rolling in the Deep, but it didn’t end there. The comical beauty delivered her very own version of the song as well as a bonus track and her own rendition of Whitney Houston’s I Will Always Love You.
Just as everyone thought that the day was over, one more challenge was waiting in the wings, and this time, it was a challenge from the endorsers of the Greenwich brand. They put Joanne Ingalla, Greenwich brand manager for pasta, in the hot seat, to talk about the latest pasta offering of Greenwich. Apparently, the seat was not hot enough because she didn’t break a sweat. Just like Greenwich, she was ready to give more.
The classic red spaghetti is almost always found in the menus of restaurants to cater to the avid Filipino food-lover. It is a must-have, especially in barkada gatherings and other parties to celebrate any occasion. Filipinos have embraced this wholeheartedly.
With the spaghetti choices around, quality is not the same for all, however. Not all kinds of spaghetti have the same amount of beef, noodles, sauce and cheese.
Greenwich knows and understands what customers desire. Its familiarity with the Filipino palate, as well as the fun that goes with sucking up strands of al dente noodles pushed Greenwich to come up with a satisfying spaghetti formula that equals a full tummy and a happy customer. Greenwich has made spaghetti enjoyment even better to give its loyal followers more reasons to agree as to why Greenwich is the Favorite ng Barkada.
“The all-new and improved Greenwich Spaghetti Supreme is further proof that in Greenwich, we are always making our products better to satisfy more customers,” said Jo Anne Ingalla, Greenwich assistant brand manager for pasta. “We added more of what our market loves in spaghetti and the result has made our product much better.”
The tomato sauce is made even richer using the finest and freshest ingredients. Its sweet blend is just perfect for the Filipino taste and will surely delight everyone.
The Greenwich Spaghetti Supreme uses high-quality and juicy ground beef topped with freshly grated cheese. Completing the hearty meal is a piece of the tasty garlic Stix to set off the unique Supreme spaghetti goodness.
And to top it off, the better-than-ever Greenwich Spaghetti Supreme can still be availed of at the same friendly price of P49 when ordered a la carte.
“We want to extend the best Greenwich can offer to as many customers as possible,” added Ingalla. “Greenwich Spaghetti Supreme is just the right answer for people seeking a truly enjoyable and filling yet affordable meal.”
