Enderun Colleges’ Restaurant 101announces two special menus that are available only on two special days this December.
On Christmas Eve, 24 December 2011, guests will get to sample a luxurious five-course set menu: Baked Oyster with Spinach and Hollandaise Sauce; Pan-seared Foie Gras served with a Sisig Tart and Cilantro; Chestnut Soup with Crouton Mushroom Foam; for the main course, a choice of Grilled Tuna Steak with Tomato, Lemons, Capers, Squid and Balsamic Reduction or Pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Potato Darphin, Haricot Vert, and Red Wine Sauce. 101’s signature dessert, Louis XV, caps off the truly exquisite meal.
Come Christmas Day, 25 December 2011, Restaurant 101 will offer a Brunch Buffet that features a spread of twenty-two dishes. The appetizer station is a selection of Foie Gras Terrine, Escargot, Oyster, Salmon Bellevue, Bar Salad, and Pumpkin Soup. The main courses are Orange Duck, and Roasted Chicken served with Country Potato, Pike Dumpling, Lobster Sauce and Spinach. The carving station features Roast Turkey with Chestnuts and Brussels Sprouts. Dessert lovers will not find a reason not to love the wide selection of thirteen Provençal desserts.
The Christmas Eve set menu is priced at PhP 2,000 per person. The Christmas Day brunch buffet is priced at PhP 1,200 per person. Enjoy a memorable Christmas feast with the family without the hustle and bustle. Book your table now at Restaurant 101.
