Buon appetito at The Maya Kitchen
MANILA, Philippines - The Maya Kitchen presents Bravo! Ristorante Italiano this September with its Lifestyle Essentials Series and workshops.
The restaurant concept was developed by Italian entrepreneur and food connoisseur Antonio Reina. The first Bravo! Ristorante Italiano opened in 1998 at Festival Mall in Alabang. There are now two more branches in Malate and Makati. The business has also expanded into catering and kiosks selling authentic Italian sauces, dips, spreads, salad dressings, and bread items.
Courses for the month include the Food Cart Operation Management on Sept. 10, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Homemade Processed Meats on Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Native Delicacies and Kakanin on Sept. 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Certificate courses with hands-on training include Baking and Cake Decorating, Sept. 10, 17, and 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Fundamentals of Bakery Production, Sept. 20 to 23, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Basic Culinary from Sept. 27 to 30, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Commercial Cooking NCII is a TESDA-registered course for career and professional cooks with 400 hours of lectures, demo workshop and on-the-job training. It starts on Sept. 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
