CPK treats you on your birthday
MANILA, Philippines - California Pizza Kitchen Philippines, one of the country’s leading casual dining restaurants, has created the CPK Birthday Club, where customers can enjoy a CPK treat absolutely free on their special day.
Celebrants will get a special “for-me-only” treat and can choose from any of the following: spaghetti Bolognese, tomato basil spaghettini, classic Caesar salad, and Thai chicken satay.
The CPK Birthday Club is open to all members of the CPK Philippines Facebook fan page, aged 11 years old and up.
To avail of this very special treat, send an e-mail to birthdayclub@cpk.com.ph with your full name, date of birth, contact numbers, e-mail address, and the CPK branch where you want to claim your treat. If you’re not yet a member, just go to the CPK Philippines Facebook fan page and click “like.” The CPK Birthday Club team will then send an e-mail to confirm your membership to the CPK Birthday Club. To claim your birthday treat, just visit the branch you specified anytime during your birthday month, and bring your copy of the e-mail confirmation and a valid ID with your name and date of birth.
