Tiny Kitchen offers cooking classes for kids
MANILA, Philippines - Vicky Veloso-Barrera’s Tiny Kitchen offers summer cooking classes for kids until June.
Tiny Kitchen has been running since 1998 and since then more than 3,000 students have passed through its doors. Children have fun while learning to cook in a safe environment where classes are individualized and completely hands-on.
“That’s why I know what kids like to cook,” says Vicky, who taught herself to bake at the age of seven.
There are courses for kids aged four to six, seven to 12. There’s a course for teens (13 to 19 years old), too. Kids start with the Basic course, move on to the Advanced and after that there are more than 20 other specialized courses to choose from like Around the World Parts 1 to 10, Just Desserts, Cake Decorating, Pinoy Favorites, Flavors of Asia, American Classics, Flavors of Europe, and more.
Each course consists of five sessions and kids can create their own schedule. Classes are held from Mondays to Saturdays with morning and afternoon sessions.
Tiny Kitchen is at 31 Scout Tobias, QC. For inquiries, call 410-2279 or SMS 0917-539-3940 or visit www.tinykitchen.com.ph.
