In collaboration with Juan Carlos Terry of Terry’s Selection, Spanish specialties are offered at M2M’s daily lunch and dinner buffets. Authentic Spanish dishes include albondigas en salsa de chorizo de jabugo, alboronias, crema de tomate a la albahaca fresca, lengua a la Sevillana, mero en salsa molinera, among others.
