Cabalen offers a Filipino-Asian P392 buffet at Glorietta 3, TriNoma and SM Mall of Asia
MANILA, Philippines - Cabalen’s newest offerings have gotten everyone talking and eating.
Known for its Capam-pangan buffet, Cabalen now offers a wider selection of dishes with the introduction of an Asian buffet in Glorietta 3, TriNoma Mall, and SM Mall of Asia branches. Loyal patrons of Cabalen will be surprised that their favorite Pampango dishes can now be enjoyed alongside the cuisine of our Asian neighbors — Thailand, Japan, Korea and China.
Customers can look forward to their favorite Asian dishes such as phad Thai, pork cake with corn, chicken satay, fried tofu with tamarind sauce, chicken in green curry, minced pork salad, chicken pandan, tempura, chicken teriyaki, tuna sashimi, yakitori, makis, chap chae, and many more.
Also indulge in well-loved Pampango buffet consisting of bulalo, steamed vegetables with burong hipon, crispy crablet, tapang damulag, and tocino. Delight in Cabalen classics such as kare kare, bringhe, kalderetang baka, lechon paksiw, chicken adobo, dinuguan, ginataang kuhol, rellenong bangus, special morcon and sizzling sisig, inihaw na pusit and bangus in burong mustasa.
Not to be left out is the native lechon and pritchon with special sauces. Native delicacies include tibok-tibok, sampelot, minatamis na saging, bibingka, as well as the make-your-own halo-halo and guinomis. The dessert buffet is a treat for chocolate lovers as it features a chocolate fondue fountain, a treat that lets diners dip fruits and marshmallows in rich chocolate.
