Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailli celebrates in Cebu

Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailli Delegue National Michel Lhuillier and his supportive wife Amparito Lhuillier, Bailli de Cebu, welcomed members and guests to a casual get-together held at the sprawling beach front garden of the Maribago Blue Waters Resort.

Making a statement in their colorful lounge outfit were dames Mariter Klepp, Agnes Huettel, Joji Alonso, Angie Mathieu, Iris Arcenas, Rose Hennessy and Cenelyn Manguilimotan.

Casually elegant were well-respected ladies Bo Hauri in black and white, Cristina Frasco in deep fuchsia, Alice Fernandez in midnight blue and black, Joanna Lhuillier in pastel prints, and Mingming Gullas in red and black.

Chef Alan Mathay and his team prepared a wide variety of appetizers and hor d’ oeuvres that complemented the exquisite wines. Highlights of the menu, which tickled the taste buds of the guests, were fresh oysters flown in from Bohol, the tiger prawns grilled to perfection, salmon, salads with lots of condiments, and Cebu’s pride and joy — lechon de leche.

Michel and Amparito together with members of the board — vice chancelier Teresin Mendezona, vice Echanson David Sharpe, vice charge de mission Nestor Alonso  and vice charge de presse Alvan Claude Evangelio — thanked resort director  and dame de la chaine June Alegrado for a truly wonderful evening. The culinary team was lauded for their exceptional performance and outstanding service amid rapturous applause.
