Quek-Dog Skewers

Ingredients:

24 pcs. Purefood Tender Juicy Hotdog TJ balls 

24 pcs. hard-boiled quail eggs, peeled

1 cup    leftover or instant adobo sauce

2 cups   mayonnaise

2 cups Monterey pork chicharon, crushed 

Procedure:

Using small bamboo skewers, insert a piece of hotdog ball and quail egg per skewer. Do the same for the rest. In a preheated lightly oiled grill pan, cook quek-dog skewers until done and slightly charred. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine adobo sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well and place sauce in a squeeze bottle.

To serve, place skewers onto a serving plate. Drizzle with adobo-mayo sauce and top with crushed chicharon.

Serves 12.
