Party time at Jollibee
MANILA, Philippines - Jollibee recently launched the Transformers Animated Jollibee Kids Party
“In past years, many girls and boys have enjoyed their Jollibee kids parties with fun and exciting themes like MyScene and Jollitown. But we’ve realized that as boys get to their tween years, they want to have something more hip and edgy,” Jollibee brand manager Twinkle Aniceto said.
The larger-than-life presence of Autobot heroes Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Brawn and Prowl excited everyone at the media launch held in Jollibee Ortigas Roosevelt recently.
Top personalities including Philippine STAR columnist and top blogger Cecile van Straten, and actress Gladys Reyes, with their respective sons in tow, graced the Transfomers-themed party together with members of the media and the blogging community. Kicking off the celebration was a sumptuous Jollibee merienda, treating attendees to the staple langhap-sarap party fare Chickenjoy, chicken barbecue, Jollibee spaghetti and desserts like chocolate sundae and Jolly Krunchy Twirl. And since no birthday party would be complete without a cake, guests also sampled the Transformers Animated birthday cake specially designed by Red Ribbon.
Parents and kids teamed up for exciting Transformers-themed games, all battling for the Jollibee Kids Party gift certificates and Transformers action figures at stake. The kid with the best Transformers costume was also awarded a Transformers collectible toy as a prize.
