Gastronomic Galore buffet at The Heritage Hotel
MANILA, Philippines - The Heritage Hotel Manila offers the “Gastronomic Galore Marché-style” buffet dining experience for lunch and dinner until July 31. The menu is prepared by executive chef Alex Chong. The buffet includes an assortment of breads, thin- crust pizza fusion of tom yam, black pepper mayo, secret of spice, tandoori; Southeast Asian fusion of Vietnamese beef salad, tofu salad with ginger in Thai sauce, Indonesian gado-gado and Chinese drunken chicken; Italian sampler of roasted eggplant, green and red bell pepper, tomato and mozzarella with balsamic vinaigrette and virgin olive oil, asparagus and smoked salmon salad; chef’s grill and Tex-Mex fusion of spicy citrus marinated shrimp skewers, cheese nachos with toppings of beef, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, pollo loco chicken, tacos with a slice of steak and special sauce, Cancun T-bone, Mexican rib-eye steak, Texan barbecue with a choice of Kansas City or South Carolina mustard, honey Dijon, Alabama white, or California-Asian barbecue sauce, among others. Desserts include apple and raisin strudel, apple crumble, choux a la crème, lemon mousse, marbled chocolate mousse, white-chocolate crème brulee, heritage cheesecake of creamy cheese and dark chocolate, West Coast lemon cheesecake and black forest cake.

Gindara at InterContinental Manila
Hotel InterContinental Manila’s Prince Albert Rotisserie offers a special a la carte menu of gindara dishes until July 31.
