Chinese roasts at Big Buddha
It’s the season of roasts at Big Buddha Restaurant as it introduces a whole range of delectable Chinese roasted dishes.
Two special roast variants are prepared by Chinese executive chef Huang Wei Jun and served to restaurant guests everyday for lunch (from 12 noon to 2 p.m.) and dinner (from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.).
These include roast premium pork chin, roast pork belly, roast duck, roast chicken leg quarter, roast black pepper spareribs, and soy chicken leg quarter.
Roast premium pork chin is slow-roasted lean pork chin basted in a sweet roasting rice sauce served on a bed of julienned carrots and chayote squash; the roast pork belly is oven-roasted to a gold brown on a bed of julienned carrots and chayote squash served with hoisin sauce on the side; the roast black pepper spareribs are slow-roasted in a honey ginger sauce doused with a splash of lemon; the roast chicken leg quarter is slow-roasted in a sweet roasting rice sauce served on a bed of julienned carrots and chayote squash; and the soy chicken leg quarter is roasted in a dark soy and Chinese cooking wine mixture served with a savory ginger dip on the side.
All orders come with one free order of jasmine rice and clear soup.

Le Coeur de France launches a new lunch and dinner menu of popular French and European dishes.
For starters, diners can choose from a new set of sumptuous soup options: five vegetable and whole wheat, bouillabaisse, French onion, and pumpkin. Vegetarians can indulge in the hearty flavors of the five vegetables soup and pumpkin soup, which come with two slices of whole wheat bread. Seafood lovers delight in the bouillabaisse soup.
There are also four new pasta dishes such as the beef bourguignon and tagliatelle; black truffle cream linguine with rosemary chicken; the shrimp pesto, and the baked penne with Hungarian sausage and three cheeses.
