Driving should be first and fore-most a dependable means of moving from one place to another. And as the years go by, one looks for something more practical in a car as size and luxury alone are no longer enough.

Hyundai Cebu recently invited a group of corporate and business associates to an exclusive preview of the all-new Tucson at their spacious showroom in Banilad, Mandaue City.

The affair likewise served as a thanksgiving and a tribute to friends and clients for their continued support. Hyundai Cebu was awarded the much-coveted “Dealer of the Year Award,” for the third consecutive year. Interestingly, in 2007, Hyundai Cebu was also chosen as the Asia-Pacific “Dealer of the Year” by Hyundai Motors Company.

On hand to personally welcome guests were Hyundai dealers led by its president Edward Onglatco  and general sales manager Lowel Belarmino.

Showing off its new look and aggressive stance, director Francis Onglatco proudly stated that the all-new Tucson commands a totally exhilarating driving experience.

If you like the look of the new Tucson on the outside, the interiors will impress you even more. It is equipped with a number of life-saving safety technologies like driver and front passenger advanced airbags and downhill brake control. It has improved front seat adjustments that offer more headroom and legroom. The driver’s seat has sliding, reclining, and manual height adjustment functions for more flexibility. At the rear, the luggage area’s dimensions have dramatically increased, thanks to a significant change in the rear wheel suspension design.

Hyundai Asia Resources Inc., the official distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the Philippines and one of country’s top four automotive companies, has excelled gracefully through the years, unbending in the face of challenges, yet poised to take a bold confident lead to bring Hyundai to the forefront of the Philippine auto industry.
