MANILA, Philippines - There are new dishes at Flapjacks like the bacon ‘n mushroom omelet with sauteed mushrooms, crispy bacon and cream sauce. For appetizers and salads, there is the western mixed bean and corn, Romaine lettuce smothered with white and red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onions and a sweet Mexican dressing.
Other dishes include Swiss cheese ‘n steak melt, country ham with melted Swiss cheese and french fries; barbecued pork spareribs, juicy spareribs basted with Flapjacks’ signature BBQ sauce; country fried chicken breast (one or two-piece servings) with creamy gravy, herb rice and steamed seasonal vegetable.
