CHICKEN WANTON SOUP

Ingredients

Magnolia Chicken siomai

2 tbsps. cooking oil

1/2 cup onion leeks, sliced

2 to 3 cups chicken stock

2 pinches ngo-hiong

2 tsps. soy sauce                                       

2 tsps. rice wine

a pinch of salt

2 pinches white pepper

1 tsp.   sesame oil

chives chopped

Procedure:

Saute onion leeks in cooking oil, add chicken stock, pinch of ngo-hiong, dash of soy sauce and rice wine.

Add Magnolia Chicken siomai, let it simmer to cook. Put Chinese cabbage or bokchoy one minute before serving.

Add sesame oil. Serve with chives on top.
