Moroccan seabass with couscous at BluFish

MANILA, Philippines – BluFish paints its menu with new ways of enjoying the freshest fish, oysters, shellfish, crabs, lobsters, and other seafood. Freshly caught local sea bass, grouper and sole are baked, grilled or steamed. 

There’s the Moroccan sea bass stuffed with couscous and served with roasted vegetables. The classic bouillabaisse has an Asian counterpart in Thai coconut curry bouillabaisse. Fresh fish and seafood can also be enjoyed in the ceviche samplers.

Tia Maria’s offers its Super Sampler Platter, which comes with hunky chunks of barbecued pork, chicken wings, cheese flautas, taquitos or small tacos and nacho chips.
