FPP Mindanao ongoing until June 20
MANILA, Philippines – FPP Mindanao 2009, 4th Food Processing & Packaging Technology Expo will be held on June 20 at the Bangko Sentral Plenary Hall, Davao City. Actual display of food and beverage supplies will be made available on site, with special show discounts offered to trade buyers.
Simultaneous seminars will be conducted on topics related to starting and expanding one's business, food manufacturers, food processors, foodservice institutions, culinarians, and SMEs. Some topics to be discussed are food safety, updates on packaging, baking techniques, food costings, bottling and cannery solutions, industrial refrigeration, shelf life, opening restaurants and coffee shops and more.
FPP Mindanao 2009 is the second leg of food events organized by Premier Events Plus Group (PEPGroup) Inc., which kicked off recently with the successful Wofex Visayas 09.
Its third leg this year will culminate with the World Food Expo (WOFEX) slated from Aug. 5 to 8 at the World Trade Center, Manila.
