MANILA, Philippines – BluFish lets diners enjoy new ways of savoring freshest fish, oysters, shellfish, crabs, lobsters, and other seafood.
Freshly caught local seabass, grouper, and sole are baked, grilled, or steamed. There’s the Moroccan seabass stuffed with couscous, and served with roasted vegetables.
The classic bouillabaisse has an Asian counterpart in Thai coconut curry bouillabaisse. Fresh fish and seafood can also be enjoyed in batches via the ceviche samplers.
BluFish has nine different types of foreign kilaw madness: fresh mussels fermenting in Malaysian curry sauce and spices, ahi tuna cubes, and grilled squid in coco water.
The chefs have also come up with new desserts like the poached pear ala mode, choco tart, and Champs Elysee profiteroles.
