Contemporary coastal cooking by BluFish

BluFish whips up new ways of enjoying the freshest fish, oysters, shellfish, crabs, lobsters, and other seafoods. Freshly caught local sea bass, grouper, and sole are baked, grilled, or steamed. There’s the Moroccan sea bass stuffed with couscous and served with roasted vegetables. Classic bouillabaisse has an Asian counterpart in Thai coconut curry bouillabaisse.

Fresh fish and seafood can also be enjoyed in batches via the ceviche samplers. BluFish has nine different types of these foreign kilaw served in three triumvirates.
