A Japanese Christmas at Saisaki
The Japanese celebrate Christmas Eve by eating a cake, which they usually buy on their way home from work. Recently, a new popular Christmas staple has been added to the holiday fare — the Christmas Chicken Dinner. It has become so popular that advance reservations should be made.
Saisaki offers a buffet selection that evokes the sparkle of Christmas in Japan. Indulge in the sukiyaki special (premium sliced beef in sukiyaki sauce), teba chili (spicy chicken wings), ebi gyoza (simmered prawn dumplings), shake teppan (grilled salmon with garlic and soya sauce), niku chiisu aspa maki (broiled beef slices with cheese and asparagus); kani sushi (crabstick), California maki (crabstick mango roll), Hawaiian roll (ham, pineapple, asparagus), the all-time favorite ebi tempura, and a lot more.
