Max's offers party packages
The secret to Max’s gastronomic delight — the famous “sarap to the bones” fried chicken — has long been a mystery. Max’s keeps the mystery alive by teaming up with Blue Cow Co., Inc. for Max’s Private Iris party packages.
Choose from three party packages that kids will surely love: the Chickie Boy’s Bash (spaghetti and regular hotdog, juice and dessert), Kiddie Classic (one piece Max’s chicken, served with spaghetti, juice and dessert); and Chickie Boy’s Choice (1/4 Max’s spring chicken and spaghetti served with regular hotdog, juice and dessert).
“The theme boasts of new and more exciting features consistent with the excitement and thrilling discoveries made in each Private Iris story. The theme may be new but the centerpiece is still the same — Max’s delicious fried chicken,” says Genaline G. Austero, Max’s assistant marketing manager for functions and events.

Celebrities for Charity at The White Hat
The White Hat celebrates its third “Celebrities for Charity” event on Oct. 25 with TV personality Patricia “Shaan” Bermudez-Hizon and husband Vince Hizon as guest servers.
The couple will wear The White Hat uniforms as they serve customers to raise funds for Everyday Is Your Birthday Foundation (EDIYBF). Now on its eight year, EIYBF gets donations (cash donations, old and new toys, books, clothes, etc.) from the celebrant, celebrant’s family and friends, companies and corporations for the less fortunate.
“We’re very glad to be part of the Hizon’s charity fund drive,” says Eric Chao, marketing manager of The White Hat. “We try our best to make customers feel extra special when they come to our store by serving them the best–tasting yogurt from Italy. Our yogurt is guaranteed to have live active yogurt cultures, which promote health. On this special day, customers can get to support worthy charity organizations because 50 percent of their purchase will be donated to the chosen foundation of our guest celebrity servers.”
