The Ayala Group of Companies makes a mark in Cebu

Some years back, not quite so once-upon-a-time, a bigwig of a player, an establishment with long-range visions and double concrete plans, known then simply as Ayala, purchased the entire 40-hectare Club Filipino Golf Course located right in the center of Cebu.
In time, with more than just a little help from Cebu Holdings, a public-listed company engaged mainly in the ownership, development, marketing and management of real estates, Ayala eventually transformed the great open space into a metropolitan hub, officially called the Cebu Business Park.
A flagship and centerpiece project situated in the middle of a huge property, it represents the corporate excellence of Ayala Land and serves as the masterpiece of the largest integrated business and commercial community in Cebu.
Its three major components include the Ayala Center Cebu, the preferred three-in-one shopping, entertainment and recreation destination in the Visayas and Mindanao.
